SARUS-CPR Clinical Hood

The SARUS-CPR clinical hood includes an integrated closed ‘yankauer’ oral suction system which can be attached to suction tubing.

The closed suction system is designed for use by health, care and emergency services that have access to suction devices and will be available to both Hospital, GP, Community, Ambulance and Rescue teams.

Features & Use

  • Used for 'Bag and mask' ventilation with a ventilation bag

  • Used primarily by CPR trained staff and rescue teams

  • Used as part of CPR chest compression, ECG and cardioversion

  • Used while awaiting a CPR team wearing full AGP PPE

  • Removed by personnel wearing full AGP PPE

  • Disposed of in clinical waste
