SARUS-CPR First Responder Hood

The ‘first-responder’ hood does not include a suction system.

It is designed for CPR-trained first aiders, transportation services and citizens who provide CPR services in a community setting.

Features & Use

  • Used for 'Bag and mask' ventilation with a ventilation bag

  • Used primarily in the community by CPR trained 'first responders'

  • Used as part of CPR chest compression, ECG and cardioversion

  • Used while awaiting ambulance team wearing full AGP PPE

  • Removed by personnel wearing full AGP PPE

  • Disposed of in clinical waste
